CIMMYT is looking for an outstanding, self-motivated, and result-oriented qualified for the position of HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources, ensuring high-quality HR services for CIMMYT’s India programs. This role acts as a strategic partner ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards. The HR Manager will also support talent management, workforce planning,



employee relations, and culture-building initiatives across CIMMYT India.
The location of this position will be Delhi.
The major activities of this position include:
Oversee all HR Administration and Development activities in CIMMYT’s India Country Office, from hiring to retiring of the Locally Recruited Staff members.
Provide effective and proactive support to the administration of the Internationally Recruited Staff (IRS) posted in India in close collaboration with the IRS HR Management team at HQ
Administer either directly or through third parties of other categories of labor where necessary (consultants, interns, casual labor, etc.).
Provide skilled HR advises to Program leaders/Unit heads on strategic Staffing Staff development mechanisms.
