Role Description The Private Jet Sales Manager is a full time, in office role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities for private jet services, managing a portfolio of high-value clients, and nurturing long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating closely with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. The role involves regular market research to understand client needs, monitoring competitor offerings,



and contributing to sales strategies and revenue targets.

Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate sales reporting and uphold high standards of customer experience.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in aviation, travel, or luxury services.
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth and corporate clients.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to track pipelines and performance.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with operations, and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
