Job Title: PGT (Post Graduate Teacher – All Subjects)
Teach the assigned subject to Classes XI and XII as per the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans using contemporary teaching methods.
Assess and evaluate students through tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
Create a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom workplace.
Prepare question papers, worksheets, lesson plans, and study materials.
Integrate technology and digital learning tools into classroom teaching.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and career development programs.
Organize subject-related activities, seminars, exhibitions, and competitions.
Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and academic documentation.
Follow school policies and contribute to the overall academic and personal development of students.
