Job Summary

Quadrantech is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Process Associates to join our Healthcare Operations team supporting Pet Insurance Claims Processing.

As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing claim-related information, verifying documentation, communicating with stakeholders through email, and processing claims accurately while adhering to established guidelines. Comprehensive training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the healthcare insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities
Review and process pet insurance claims as per company guidelines.
Verify claim documents, invoices, and medical records for completeness and accuracy.
Communicate professionally via email with policyholders, veterinary clinics, and internal teams.
Update claim information in internal systems.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Meet productivity and quality standards.




Learn and follow company processes and compliance requirements.
Participate in training and continuous learning initiatives.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience may also apply.
