Your Day to Day
Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent
and timely resolution.
Drive the implementation of human rights and responsible labour practices
across the region.
Identify risks and trends, providing practical recommendations to prevent
issues and improve outcomes.
Partner with HR teams to develop transparent policies, processes and tools that
support compliance.
Build capability through training and guidance, enabling teams to manage
employee relations and compliance effectively
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in HR leadership or
operations roles.
Solid experience managing employee relations, compliance or labour‑related
matters.
Solid understanding of employment laws, human rights or responsible labour
practices.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across
different teams and markets.
Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities.
