Job Summary The IT Expert will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software systems. This role involves providing technical support, implementing current technologies, and collaborating with various departments to meet their IT needs.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware:

- - Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure the reliability and security of the company s network infrastructure.
- Manage network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware assets and manage the lifecycle of IT equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of hardware and related services.
- Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies.

Software:





- - Provide support for enterprise software applications and ensure their optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain in-house software solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Integrate software applications with existing systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage software updates, patches, and version control.
- Implement and manage database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
- Develop and enforce data protection policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular data backups.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in programming languages, database management, and software development.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
