- IT Infrastructure Management – Manage computers, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Technical Support – Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Network Management – Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- System & Software Installation – Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and required software.
- User Account Management – Create and manage employee email IDs, system accounts, access rights, and passwords.
- Data Backup & Security – Ensure regular data backups and protect company systems from unauthorized access, malware, and cyber threats.
- IT Asset Management – Maintain records of computers, accessories, software licenses, and other IT assets.
- CCTV & Access Control – Monitor and maintain CCTV, biometric attendance, access-control systems, and related devices.
- Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, network, and connectivity problems.




- Vendor Coordination – Coordinate with internet providers, software vendors, hardware suppliers, and AMC/service providers.
- IT Documentation – Maintain IT records, asset registers, software licenses, passwords/access records, and service reports.
- System Maintenance – Conduct regular preventive maintenance, updates, antivirus checks, and system health monitoring.
- Employee IT Training – Guide employees on basic IT systems, software, cybersecurity, and secure technology practices.
- IT Policy Compliance – Ensure employees follow company IT, data security, internet usage, and device-use policies.
- New Employee Setup – Arrange computers, email IDs, software access, network access, and other IT requirements for new employees.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
