We are looking for an analytical, commercially aware, and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to support our corporate finance, investment, fundraising, and transaction-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong financial analysis skills, an understanding of capital markets, and the ability to prepare professional financial and investment documents.

The role will involve supporting investment opportunities, financial modelling, transaction analysis, investor communication, and preparation of presentations and reports for clients and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, businesses, projects, and transactions.
- Conduct financial and business analysis to assess investment opportunities and commercial viability.
- Prepare and maintain financial models, projections, valuation analyses, and scenario analyses.
- Assist in company and project valuation using appropriate valuation methodologies.
- Prepare investment teasers, information memorandums, pitch decks, investment proposals, and transaction documents.
- Conduct industry, market, competitor, and company research to support investment decisions.
- Assist in preparing financial due diligence and transaction-related analysis.
- Support fundraising and capital-raising initiatives by preparing investor materials and maintaining investor databases.
- Assist in identifying and researching potential investors, financial institutions, corporate partners, and other capital providers.
- Coordinate with clients, promoters, investors, advisors, and other transaction stakeholders.
- Track transaction pipelines,



investor discussions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
- Support preparation of management presentations and investment committee materials.
- Review financial statements and identify key financial and operational trends.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial, commercial, and investor information.
- Stay updated on relevant industry trends, capital markets, investment practices, and corporate finance developments.
- Perform other financial analysis and transaction-related responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial analysis, transaction advisory, private equity, venture capital, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
