Role Description The Inventory Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Inventory

Executive will be responsible for monitoring daily stock levels, recording inventory movements, and ensuring accurate data entry into inventory systems. The role includes conducting regular stock checks, reconciling physical stock with system records, and supporting periodic audits.

Executive will coordinate with store operations, procurement, and logistics teams to track deliveries, manage returns, and reduce stock discrepancies. The individual will also assist in maintaining proper storage practices,



organizing stockrooms, and preparing basic reports on inventory status and stock availability.

Qualifications Solid understanding of inventory management processes, including stock tracking, stock reconciliation, and basic warehousing practices.

Comfort with data entry and use of inventory or ERP software; proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for maintaining and analyzing inventory records.

Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in stock data.

Effective communication and coordination skills to work with store staff, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time well, and stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment.

Prior experience in retail inventory, store operations, or warehouse management is preferred.

Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related field is an advantage.
