- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Inventory Executive/Inventory role
- Experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management, stock control and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement and material consumption
- Conduct regular physical stock verification
- Coordinate with purchase, production and warehouse teams
- Prepare inventory reports and ensure proper documentation
- Identify discrepancies and maintain optimum stock levels
