We are looking for confident and target-oriented International Voice Process Sales Executives to handle international customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, promoting products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
- Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services, features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls and sales activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.





Requirements
- Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
- Good pronunciation, fluency, and confidence in speaking English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Positive listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Skills
- International voice process experience.
- Telecalling or inside sales experience.
- Experience handling US/UK/Canada/Australia customers.
- Good objection-handling and closing skills.

Pay: ₹9,955.36 - ₹39,991.92 per month
