: We are hiring fresh graduates for Wipro's International Inbound Voice Process – US Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound international calls from US customers.

- Provide customer support and resolve queries professionally.

- Follow standard customer service and process guidelines.

- Maintain high-quality communication during calls.

- Accurately document customer interactions.





- Meet required quality, productivity and customer-service parameters.

Requirements

- Qualification: BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA & MBA

- Graduation Year: 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs

- 2026 result awaited candidates: Eligible

- Experience: Freshers can apply

- Communication: Excellent English communication required

- Typing Speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts

- Comfortable with 2 rotational weekly offs

- Immediate joiners preferred

- Work from office only
