International Sales Associate Freelancer

Support the Manager - International Business Development in driving growth across:

APAC | EMEA | Latin America | USA

What You Will Do

- Support international sales and distributor development across global markets.
- Generate and qualify international leads through LinkedIn, trade platforms, and other business channels.
- Coordinate with international clients, distributors, and business partners to support sales activities and relationship management.
- Manage CRM data, sales reports, quotations, follow-ups, and customer records accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain Sales Team workflow presentations (PPTs) to streamline processes, improve coordination, and communicate sales activities effectively.
- Handle advanced Excel functions, data management, and reporting to support sales operations and business analysis.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports covering sales performance, targets, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct data analysis to identify sales trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to support management decision-making.




- Assist with regulatory documentation, customer onboarding, and compliance-related processes as required.
- Support exhibitions, client meetings, business presentations, and other international business development activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and business operations.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience in international business / exports / healthcare
- Solid communication & coordination skills
- Knowledge of CRM (Zoho preferred), Excel(Advance) & LinkedIn
- Ability to work independently while supporting a manager
- Excellent English communication
