Working Days: 5 Days Working

CTC: ₹3.5 LPA

In-Hand: Approximately ₹21,000 per month

Eligibility

- BE/BTech candidates are NOT eligible
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory
- Basic knowledge of computers, troubleshooting, and IT support concepts
- Comfortable working in US night shifts
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office

Key Responsibilities
- Handle technical support queries from international customers through voice calls
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Diagnose basic hardware, software, connectivity, and application-related issues
- Create and update service tickets for reported incidents
- Follow standard troubleshooting procedures and escalation processes




- Ensure timely resolution or appropriate escalation of customer issues
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer service standards

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and resolve basic technical issues
- Willingness to learn IT Service Desk processes and tools
- Comfortable working in US night shifts
