About Polystox

Polystox is a B2B digital marketplace for polymers, connecting manufacturers, traders, and buyers to simplify polymer sourcing and trading. As we expand our international presence, we are looking for an experienced International Import & Export professional based in Dubai to develop and manage our cross-border polymer trading operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage international import and export transactions for polymers and petrochemical products.

Identify and develop relationships with international suppliers, traders, distributors, and buyers.

Handle the complete trade cycle — enquiry, negotiation, order confirmation, documentation, shipment, and delivery.

Source competitive products and develop new international supply channels.

Generate and manage international sales opportunities across key markets.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, freight, and commercial terms with suppliers and customers.

Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouses, and other logistics partners.

Ensure accuracy and timely completion of commercial and export/import documentation.

Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays, documentation, customs, or delivery.

Monitor international polymer markets, pricing trends, freight rates, and competitor activity.

Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers and suppliers.





Work closely with the India-based sales, purchase, finance, and operations teams.

Maintain accurate records of international transactions, enquiries, quotations, and customer/supplier pipelines.

What We're Looking For

3–7 years of experience in international trading, import/export, petrochemicals, polymers, plastics, or a related industry.

Strong understanding of international trade processes and documentation.

Existing exposure to GCC / Middle East markets will be an advantage.

Experience in polymers such as PP, PE, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, etc. will be preferred.

Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.

Ability to independently develop international business and relationships.

Comfortable working with customers and suppliers across different countries and time zones.

Good knowledge of Incoterms, LC, TT, BL, COA, COO, commercial invoices, packing lists, and related trade documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Based in Dubai.
