Role Description

- Monitor customer comments, DMs, reviews & mentions across social platforms.

- Respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely, polite and brand-friendly manner.

- Escalate complaints/issues to the right teams and follow up for resolution.

- Track recurring customer feedback and share key insights with the team.

- Support ORM initiatives and maintain a positive brand presence online.

Qualifications

- Good communication and writing skills.

- Active understanding of Instagram and other social platforms.

- Empathetic, patient and comfortable handling customer conversations.

- Quick learner with good attention to detail.

- Prior experience in customer support, social media or ORM is a plus.
