Intern – Partner Acquisition | upGrad | Global Study Partners (GSP)

Location: Marol, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹12,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives

About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven interns to join our Global Study Partners (GSP) team at upGrad . As a Partner Acquisition Intern, you'll play a key role in expanding our global network of education partners by identifying, engaging, and onboarding student recruitment agents.

This is an excellent chance for candidates looking to build a career in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or International Education .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with prospective education and student recruitment agents.
- Present the value proposition of the Global Study Partners (GSP) platform.
- Generate interest and onboard new partner recruitment agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM with partner interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Achieve weekly and monthly partner acquisition targets.





What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate or graduate students from any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
- Passion for Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or International Education.
- Prior internship or experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Customer Success, or Partnerships is a plus.

Compensation
