Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects. This role includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and design teams to ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

The Interior Site

Supervisor will monitor project progress, manage site schedules, track materials, and ensure safety and compliance on site. The position involves conducting regular site inspections, resolving on-site issues, communicating updates to stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.





Qualifications Candidates should possess strong site supervision and project coordination skills, with experience managing interior fit-out or architectural projects.

Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, technical details, and material specifications.

Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.

Candidates should possess basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, quality standards, and on-site safety practices.

Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant site experience will be highly valued.

Familiarity with MS Office and, ideally, design or drafting tools (such as AutoCAD) is beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Vadodara full time, with flexibility to manage project needs and occasional extended hours when required.
