Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Kerala, India.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, create detailed layouts, and prepare presentations and 3D visualizations for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing construction drawings in alignment with project requirements and budgets. The role involves collaborating with architects, project managers, and site teams, conducting site visits for measurements and supervision,



and ensuring design intent is maintained through to execution and client handover.

The Interior

Designer will also interact with clients to understand needs, refine design proposals, and support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and design detailing.

Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and user experience.

Knowledge of Architecture principles relevant to interiors and built setting coordination.

Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and documentation for site execution.

Experience in FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and site teams.

Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering software).

Understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and building services as they relate to interiors.

Robust communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.

Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors in India is an advantage.
