Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring that technology implementations meet the intended business goals and deliver value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Solid knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience with API design and management to enable effective system communication.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration within ServiceNow environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
