Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing
Manage end-to-end procurement for solar projects (SCB, MMS, Cables, VCBs, Cables etc.).
Identify and develop reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
Obtain quotations, evaluate bids, and negotiate commercial terms.
Issue Purchase Orders and monitor order execution.

Vendor Management
Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors
Resolve supply chain issues and ensure timely deliveries.

Cost Optimization
Drive cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
Analyze market trends, commodity pricing, and supplier performance.
Optimize procurement budgets while maintaining quality standards.

Project Coordination
Coordinate with Engineering, Project, Logistics, and Finance teams.
Ensure material availability as per project schedules.




Track procurement status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Inventory & Logistics
Monitor inventory levels and material planning.
Coordinate dispatch, transportation, and site deliveries.
Minimize inventory carrying costs and material shortages.

Required Skills
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of solar project components and EPC procurement.
Expertise in contract management and commercial negotiations.
