Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management:
Creating Supplier master in ERP system
Generate purchase orders with accurate specifications, quantities, and delivery deadlines.
Monitor order status and follow-up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Weekly payment process with necessary approvals
Compliance and Risk Management:
Adhere to company procurement policies and procedures, including ethical sourcing guidelines.
Manage supplier risk by conducting due diligence and monitoring compliance with quality standards.
Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track key procurement metrics such as PO release time , spend analysis, supplier performance, and cost savings.
Generate reports to provide Open orders ,deliveries
Required Skills and Experience:
Education:



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics or a related field ,commerce degree can be considered.
Experience:3:5 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role Technical Skills:
Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Soft Skills:
Robust communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Procurement cycle time
