We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support & Product Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot customer issues, and support product applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Electrical, Electronics, or IT, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies while delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt technical support and resolve customer queries.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively.
Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and operational guidance.
Explain product features, specifications, and applications to customers.
Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for timely issue resolution.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated with new technologies.





Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or related discipline) or BCA.
Freshers with a strong technical foundation or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
