We are looking for agile Production Engineers to lead and optimize our shop floor operations.

CTC: 2 LPA - 2.5 LPA

Location: Jalgaon, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Execute the daily production schedule to meet delivery deadlines for domestic and international client orders.

• Assembly Management: Oversee the structural and electrical assembly of power panels, rectifiers, and EV charging units.

• Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage manpower, machinery, and materials to minimize downtime and reduce manufacturing lead times.

• Shop Floor Safety: Enforce strict adherence to industrial safety standards and maintain a clean, organized "5S" working setting.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve real-time technical issues on the assembly line,



coordinating with the Design and Quality teams as needed.

• Workflow Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the assembly process and implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve overall throughput.

Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.

Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret electrical schematics, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication, wiring harnesses, and component mounting techniques.
