Position: Production Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2 – 3 Year

Industries: Medical Devices

Responsibilities:
Execute daily production activities as per the production plan to meet quality and delivery targets.
Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to approved SOPs, GMP, and ISO 13485 requirements.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to achieve production efficiency.
Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), logbooks, and daily production reports.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Stores, and Maintenance departments for smooth production operations.
Monitor line performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations on the production floor.
Verify availability of raw materials, components, and packaging materials before production.
Identify process improvements to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and optimize production costs.




Train and guide operators on production procedures, safety practices, and quality standards.
Support validation activities, internal audits, and regulatory inspections by maintaining proper documentation.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of materials and finished medical devices

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
