Key Responsibilities:
Supervise assembly and production processes for LED strip lights.
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor work progress.
Ensure production targets are achieved within set timelines.
Maintain product quality by enforcing standards and conducting checks.
Monitor usage of raw materials to reduce wastage.
Coordinate with stores for timely material availability.
Maintain shop floor cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
Report daily production status to management.
Train and guide workers for efficiency and skill improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred.
2–5 years’ experience in production supervision in electronics.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality checks, and basic machinery.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
