Key Responsibilities

Develop creative home textile products.

Research market trends, colours, and materials.

Source fabrics, yarns, trims, and accessories.

Manage sampling, testing, and product approvals.

Coordinate with merchandising, production, sourcing, and quality teams.

Prepare technical specifications and product presentations.

Ensure products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree/Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related field.

B.Tech (Textiles) and/or NIFT graduates preferred.

Solid knowledge of textile materials, woven fabrics, and product development.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience

3–5+ years in home textile product development or export houses.

Experience with international buyers is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
