Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive primary and secondary sales across Madhya Pradesh.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Increase market share and visibility of the Nimson brand.
Expand distribution and retail coverage across assigned territories.
Distributor Management




Appoint and develop current distributors wherever required.
Build strong relationships with distributors and key trade partners.
Improve distributor productivity, billing and collections.
Ensure healthy stock availability across the market.
Team Management
Lead, coach and motivate Sales Officers.
Conduct regular market visits and joint working.
Review team performance and ensure target achievement.
Market Execution
Execute trade schemes and promotional activities effectively.
Ensure proper implementation of company initiatives till the retailer level.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain excellent retail visibility and merchandising standards.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
8–10 years of FMCG/Cosmetics sales experience.
Strong General Trade distribution experience in Madhya Pradesh*.
