The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure that products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and as per approved quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, batch sheets, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
Monitor manpower, raw material usage, equipment, and production output.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
Maintain production records, batch documents, and inventory-related entries.
Ensure proper cleaning, housekeeping, and food-safety practices in the production area.
Minimise production losses, wastage, and process deviations.
Train and guide production workers on operational and safety procedures.
Report production status, breakdowns, deviations, and material requirements to management.
