Position Summary

Phenom Cloud is looking for a Program Manager (3–6 years) to lead and manage multiple projects within a program. You will ensure alignment with business objectives, manage dependencies, and drive successful delivery across cross-functional teams.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects within a program lifecycle.
Define program scope, goals, and success metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Track program performance, risks, and dependencies.
Communicate program status and insights to stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Drive program governance and process improvements.




Collaborate with technical and business teams for execution.

Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Technology, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in program or project management roles.
Strong understanding of program management frameworks.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and dependencies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills
PMP, Agile, or related certifications.
Experience with digital transformation or enterprise programs.
Robust analytical and decision-making skills
