IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Retail Banking team as a Banker-AuthorizerPipeline. As a Banker-AuthorizerPipeline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.

Key Responsibilities:
Authorize and process transactions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions




Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and targets
Assist in the training and development of recent team members

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or a similar role
Strong knowledge of banking regulations and policies
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
