Position : project manager MEP Mechanical Qualification BE/ Btech Mechanical Experience 6 to 10 years Location Sanand Gujarat Salary Rs.12 LPA Key Responsibilities:
Manage site execution of mechanical works (HVAC, utilities, piping, equipment installation, etc.) as per approved drawings and specifications.
Develop, monitor, and update detailed mechanical project schedules using Excel , MS Project (MSP) and Primavera P6. ( MSP & P6 not mandatory)
Track progress against baseline schedules; identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation measures.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Support planning, sequencing for mechanical activities.
Maintain project documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:
Robust knowledge of mechanical execution and construction methodologies.
In depth expertise in planning and scheduling using Excel , MSP and Primavera P6. ( MSP & P6 not mandatory)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (tracking sheets, analysis, dashboards).
Robust working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for skilled presentations.
Good coordination, communication, and problem solving skills.
