The MC- IT Advisory EPM team are seeking Manager (Oracle Financial Consolidation
Cloud Specialist) to join the growing EPM practice.
We are looking for consulting professionals with 10+ years of experience. Who
has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry’s best practices and
multiple business processes within the EPM space.

The role would require:
Ability to work independently as well as in a Team-oriented team workplace.
Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to
implement Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs.
Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to
complex customer engagements
Capability to deliver high-quality, well-developed solutions within
constraints of time.
Demonstration of solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirement
Experience in working through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
(SLDC) including the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of
financial applications.




Must have (4+ projects) complete project lifecycle experience in Financial
Consolidation Projects.
Technical and functional knowledge of Journal Entries, COA and Record to
Report module is preferred.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, with ability to
collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Understanding of System deployment methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to write FCCS Business Rules, develop data forms, financial reports
based on client requirements
Must be able to articulate the consolidation process in FCCS.
Familiar with Intercompany Transactions and Currency Translations.
Good experience with FCCS Application Build, Metadata Load and Data Load.
Experience on EPM Automate/OIC integrations.
Experience in optimizing the performance of FCCS application.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and Internal
controls.
