Experience Requirement
15+ years of SAP experience, beginning as SAP SD ECC functional consultant and progressing into S/4HANA AMS & transformation projects.
6+ years of proven project management/program management experience, leading end-to-end SAP delivery.
Robust background in SAP SD functional processes (Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management).
Hands-on exposure to implementation, rollout, and AMS support models.

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Manage large-scale SAP transformation programs, ensuring delivery across multiple streams (SD, AMS, Rollouts).
SAP SD Functional Oversight: Provide deep domain expertise in SD, guiding solution design and integration with MM, FI, PP.
Implementation & Rollout: Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization for global deployments.
AMS Governance: Oversee AMS operations, SLA adherence, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:



Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to align solutions with organizational goals.
Risk & Compliance: Identify risks, establish mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and delivery excellence.
Transformation Projects: Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging S/4HANA simplifications and automation.

Desired Skills
Solid knowledge of SAP SD configuration & S/4HANA simplifications.
Experience in multi-country rollout projects and localization.
Expertise in AMS delivery models and ticket management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
PMP/Prince2/Protected certification (preferred).
