Job Description
Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure FSL components including:
Service Territories
Service Resources
Work Types
Work Orders
Service Appointments
Scheduling Policies
Operating Hours
Dispatcher Console
Customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Configure and optimize scheduling and dispatching processes.
Support FSL Mobile App implementation and troubleshooting.
Perform data migration, deployment, and release management activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings.
Provide production support and resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
