Key responsibilities
Oversee facade projects from planning to handover ensuring timely execution, quality, safety and budget compliance.
Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Engineers, Design, Purchase, Billing and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower, material availability, equipment and work schedules across all assigned projects.
Review project drawings, work orders, BOQs, and execution plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Track project timelines, identify risks, resolve execution issues and escalate critical concerns to Management.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, productivity and adherence to company standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for project updates, approvals and issue resolution.
Ensure timely submission of site reports, measurements, billing inputs and project documentation.




Monitor material consumption, resource utilization and project costs to minimize delays and wastage.
Lead, guide, and monitor Site Supervisors, ensuring accountability and timely completion of assigned activities.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to Management on progress, risks and key milestones.

Qualification & Preferred candidate profile
Degree/Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or related field
Candidates with a robust learning attitude, adaptability and willingness to take ownership will be preferred. Necessary support and guidance will be provided to help the candidate succeed in the role.
