Responsibilities
Manage Project Governance
Define project vision, stakeholders, success metrics, and project governance activities.
Plan Project Delivery
Create and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.
Coordinate Resources
Manage resource allocation, FTE planning, and project cost tracking.
Control Risks & Changes
Monitor RAID items, manage change requests, and maintain project baselines.
Support Organizational Change
Coordinate training, user readiness, and transition into operational support.
Manage Stakeholders
Facilitate meetings, resolve project issues, and communicate with leadership teams.

Requirements
Project Management Experience
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery governance.
Project Framework Knowledge
Knowledge of PMM, PMI, IPMA, or equivalent project management standards.
ServiceNow Experience




Experience managing projects using ServiceNow or similar project management platforms.
Planning & Resource Management
Experience with scheduling, milestone planning, resource allocation, and cost tracking.
Risk & Change Management
Ability to manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
