Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to promote our solar energy solutions, build robust customer relationships, and support business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong sales aptitude. The role requires regular travel to meet customers and coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Meet prospective and existing customers to explain the company's solar products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Conduct customer follow-ups and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales, technical, and customer support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Promote the company's brand through field visits, events, and marketing activities.
Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily activity reports.




Support customer documentation and coordinate with relevant departments when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer service and sales aptitude.
Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
Must be willing to travel extensively for customer visits, site inspections, and business development activities.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Experience in sales, customer relations, or the solar industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
