Job Overview The Project Manager – Transition supports the planning, execution, and delivery of transition projects within a managed services setting. This role works closely with Transition Managers and cross functional teams to ensure smooth migration of processes/services with minimal disruption and adherence to timelines, quality, and client expectations.

Roles And Responsibilities




Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers
Coordinate transition activities across multiple workstreams
Monitor project progress against milestones and deliverables
Support resource planning, scheduling, and effort tracking
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and frameworks
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, IT, HR, finance) and client stakeholders
Support governance calls, status meetings, and reporting Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies effectively
Identify potential risks and escalate appropriately
Support issue resolution and mitigation tracking
Prepare daily/weekly status reports and dashboard
Support audits and governance requirements
Assist in process migration into managed services workplace
Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization
Support automation and transformation initiatives

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree required

Experience
7 to 9 years of experience
