Role & Responsibilities Design end-to-end learning experiences—from needs analysis to assessment—for corporate upskilling, compliance, and leadership programs.

Translate complex subject matter into microlearning modules, interactive simulations, and scenario-based courses using rapid authoring tools.

Collaborate with SMEs, product, and engineering teams to align pedagogy with platform capabilities and learner analytics.

Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and accessibility-compliant assets while adhering to SCORM/xAPI standards.

Leverage LMS/LXP data to iterate on content effectiveness and optimize learner pathways through A/B testing.





Ensure all learning assets meet brand, instructional, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1+).
