Juan Technologies is looking for experienced Instructional Designers (ID & Senior ID) to join an exciting 4 to 5 months project. If you have strong expertise in the U.S. K-12 education system, instructional design, and storyboarding, we'd love to hear from you!

Position: Instructional Designer (ID) & Senior Instructional Designer (Sr. ID)

Number of Positions: 10

Project Duration: 4–5 Months

Experience Required: 4–10 Years

Mandatory Skills

. Extensive U.S. Instructional Design experience

. Strong U.S. K-12 Education experience

. Hands-on Storyboarding expertise

. Experience in Career & Technical Education (CTE) or Vocational Training content is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

. Develop engaging learning experiences aligned with U.S. state standards.

. Create high-quality storyboards with transparent developer instructions.

. Design microlearning, simulations, scenarios, videos, assessments, and interactive learning content.

Apply learning models such as 5E and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

. Develop authentic workplace scenarios and learner-centric activities.

. Create standards-aligned assessments and learner evaluations.

. Follow accessibility best practices and write meaningful ALT text.

. Effectively leverage AI tools to enhance content quality while ensuring instructional accuracy.

. Collaborate with SMEs, reviewers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or above

Preferred specialization in: Instructional Design, Curriculum & Instruction Education, Technology, Educational Leadership

Preferred Tools:

Experience with one or more of the following:

Adobe Captivate

Vyond

Camtasia

Microsoft PowerPoint
