About the Role We're looking for someone who doesn't just create content — they know how to grow an Instagram page.

You understand what makes people stop scrolling, engage, save, share, and come back for more. You're always analysing trends, experimenting with new content formats, and figuring out why one Reel reaches 500 views while another reaches 500K.

You'll own our Instagram presence — from planning content calendars and publishing posts to driving engagement, building a loyal community, and growing our audience organically.

We're especially keen to hear from you if you've managed Instagram pages in Travel, Automobiles (particularly the EV/electric vehicle space), or Fashion. If you know how to make a road trip Reel feel cinematic, can turn an EV launch into a scroll-stopping carousel, or understand what makes a fashion page go from niche to must-follow — you're exactly who we're looking for.

You'll work on an exciting new digital-first project that's unlike anything the Indian internet has seen. We're not ready to reveal everything just yet — but if you've ever looked at an Instagram page and thought,



"I know exactly how to make this blow up," you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Own and manage the Instagram page end-to-end.

Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.

Create and publish engaging content across Reels, Stories, Carousels and Posts.

Edit short-form videos with strong hooks, pacing, transitions and storytelling.

Research trends, viral formats, memes and trending audio to keep content fresh and relevant.

Drive organic follower growth, engagement, reach, saves and shares through data-driven content strategies.

Monitor Instagram Insights and analyse content performance to optimise future content.

Build and engage with the community by responding to comments, messages and interactive stories.

Collaborate with designers, video editors and the content team to execute creative campaigns.

Use AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing and workflow optimisation while maintaining authentic, high-quality content.

Stay updated with Instagram algorithm changes, creator trends and platform best practices. What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing and growing Instagram pages, ideally in Travel, Automobiles/EV, or Fashion.

A portfolio showcasing Instagram accounts, campaigns or content you've managed in these spaces.





Strong understanding of Instagram Insights, engagement metrics and content performance.

Excellent content planning, storytelling and copywriting skills.

Hands-on experience with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop or similar.

Strong understanding of Reels, Stories, trending content formats and social media best practices.

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Claude or similar to improve productivity.

A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for experimenting and learning.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience managing pages specifically in the EV/automobile sector, adventure or luxury travel, or fashion and style.

Successfully grown an Instagram account from scratch or significantly improved its engagement.

Experience working with automotive brands, travel creators, fashion labels, or creator-led brands.

Familiarity with automobile launch cycles, travel content seasonality, or fashion drop calendars.

Knowledge of basic Meta Ads and boosting strategies.

A keen eye for aesthetics, branding and visual storytelling.
