Sell AI + Carbon Finance to MSMEs | Close quick, earn faster

What this role is

Pure sales. No brand or inbound. You create and close .

Your job

- Generate organic leads daily (calls, DMs, field if needed)
- Pitch Senseible → convert MSMEs into paying clients
- Handle objections, follow-ups, and close deals

ICP (who you sell to):

- Manufacturing MSMEs | Exporters / supply-chain businesses | Units with energy usage, compliance, ESG exposure

Target (30 days):

- Close 5–10 MSME deals

Compensation:

- 4-week probation period.
- Commission 3% on closed revenue.

Earning clarity: 5 deals = ₹25K–₹75K; 10 deals = ₹50K–₹1.5L
- UNPAID probation (4 weeks) is intentional—not to promote unpaid labor, but to naturally identify the right fit. This unpaid probation period is non-negotiable.

We want:
- People who’ve sold anything real
- Comfortable with rejection, targets, pressure

We don’t want:




- Freshers with zero selling experience/ “Learning phase” mindset
- Salary-first mindset
- Passive applicants / Resume sellers
- Anyone asking “what’s the base salary?”
