Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads from Google, Meta, Website, WhatsApp, Calls & Live Chat
- Qualify leads and understand business requirements
- Handle incoming & follow-up calls
- Validate and assign qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintain CRM & lead records
- Prepare daily MIS reports
- Ensure timely response and follow-ups
Skills Required:
- Excellent English & Hindi communication
- Strong telephone & customer handling skills
- CRM & MS Excel knowledge
- Basic understanding of ERP/business processes
- Good analytical & organizational skills
