This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Inside Sales Executive.
The Inside Sales
Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, making outbound calls, presenting our services, and closing deals.
This role requires robust communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business targets. Qualifications
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience is required.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Sales skills and the ability to close deals
Proven ability to meet targets and work in a dynamic environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Drive new business acquisition through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.
Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics of the team
Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
Proficiency in sales-related software and CRM tools
