About the Role: We are seeking an Infrastructure Platform Engineer responsible for building and maintaining the core infrastructure platform that supports engineering teams and business-critical systems. This role focuses on designing scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure platforms across Linux and cloud environments, enabling developers to deploy and operate services efficiently. The ideal candidate combines expertise in Linux systems, Kubernetes platform engineering, automation, and hybrid cloud infrastructure, while ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance.

What will you be doing?

Design andmaintainscalable Linux-based infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational stability.

Architect and build internal infrastructure platforms supporting application deployment, observability, and developer self-service tooling.

Design and implement high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and resilient infrastructure architectures for mission-critical systems.

Deploy, manage, andoptimizeKubernetes clusters across EKS, AKS, GKE, and OKE, ensuring scalability and reliability of containerized workloads.

Implement Kubernetes ecosystem components including Helm charts, ingress controllers, service mesh, andoptimizeworkloads for performance and cost efficiency.

Establish GitOps-based deployment workflows usingArgoCDfor automated, version-controlled application delivery with Helm-based deployments.

Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform,



Ansible, and CloudFormation, enabling automated provisioning and consistent setting management.

Build andmaintainCI/CD-integrated infrastructure automation pipelines with version-controlled modules, playbooks, and reusable templates in Git.

Implement end-to-end observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, or Datadog, including dashboards, KPIs, and alerting systems.

Ensure infrastructure security and compliance by implementing system hardening, encryption, access controls, and adherence to standards such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001. Who are you?

Strong Linux administration experience across Ubuntu, RHEL, and CentOS, with solid skills in system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and operational support.

Expertisein Kubernetes and container orchestration, including deployment, scaling, and management of production-grade containerized environments.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar, for automated provisioning and configuration management.

Proven experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, building scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions.

Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog, along with effective alerting and incident response practices.

Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure design skills in distributed systems, with preferred experience in CKA/RHCE/AWS certifications,GitOpstools (ArgoCD/Flux), service mesh technologies (Istio/Linkerd), and regulated or fintech environments.
