We are looking for Desktop support Engineer

Requirement: full time support 5 days a week on site support

- Contract Type: B2B,

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 desktop support onsite)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
- Manage and update tickets in the helpdesk system
- Perform break-fix support and fault resolution
- Install, configure, and support Windows OS & MS Office
- Support printers, laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Basic support for Mac OS (Apple devices)
- Diagnose network connectivity issues using standard tools
- Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment
- Coordinate with vendors for complex issues (e.g., AV systems)

Required Skills & Experience:





- 2–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support
- Robust knowledge of Windows 7–10 & Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory & Group Policies (GPOs)
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL processes
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting & installations
- Basic understanding of networking, servers, and telecom
- Experience with mobile device management (iOS/Android)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ / MCP are a plus
