Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Infor HCM Functional Consultant with 3–8 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Infor HCM solutions. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of HCM processes and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Infor HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Analyze HR business processes and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Work on implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Configure workflows, business rules, security, and system settings.
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Conduct requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.




- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver effective HCM solutions.

Required Skills

- 3–8 years of experience in Infor HCM / Infor CloudSuite HCM.
- Strong understanding of core HR and HCM processes.
- Experience in configuration and functional support.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as employee management, organization structure, benefits, compensation, or payroll.
- Good understanding of integrations and data flows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and implementation teams.

Preferred

- Experience in Infor HCM Cloud implementations.
- Knowledge of Infor integration tools and reporting.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects.
- Valuable documentation and client-facing skills.

Pay: ₹428,096.34 - ₹1,693,606.93 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
