PFB - InfoSec Engineer
Location- Bangalore
Exp- 2 to 5 Minimum Qualifications • bachelor’s degree in computer science, Networking, Information Technology.
- 3-5 years of experience in SailPoint ISC engineering • 1+ relevant professional certifications (examples: Security+, Network+, CISSP, SSCP, CCSP, etc.) Preferred Qualifications • SailPoint IdentityNow Professional Skills • Sail Point • Identity security cloud • IGA • ILM • Application Onboarding • Access Recertification • Opta/SSO Platforms/PowerShell/Python, preferred but not required The Info Sec Engineer is responsible for the successful day-to-day security operations within Retail Services for security related applications, databases, and other system environments as part of the Information Security team. This role is expected to support processes and technology across various business functions, with a particular emphasis on Information Security. The position collaborates closely with teams from other Information Security disciplines, as well as infrastructure and operations areas, to ensure superior protection of Retail Services information assets.

Functions • • • Exhibit SailPoint IdentityNow engineering expertise. Present experience with Roles, Access Profiles, Entitlements, Certifications, lifecycle states, Access Insights/reporting, and connector configuration/setup. Pinpoint areas needing improvement where processes are absent and spearhead the creation and implementation of new processes to fill these gaps.
Escalate issues as needed and determine when to collaborate with peers or leadership to resolve problems, mitigate risks or obstacles. Foster consensus to achieve results while establishing common ground for collaboration and partnership. Understand the various tools and technologies commonly associated with Information Security.
Complete updates and maintenance of relevant documentation including run books, project updates, process documentation, architecture and technical requirements . Process a foundational understanding of the InfoSec team’s strategy and vision. Serve as a change agent to support these initiatives within both the InfoSec team and the broader organization.
Identify and comprehend the drivers for change, collaborating with leadership to implement these changes. Work closely with peers within the department, involving them in key projects, risks or issues.
- Act as a supportive partner by offering alternative solutions or relevant information when declining business or IT requests. Recognized by leadership and peers as creditable, trustworthy and respectful.
- Continuously stay informed about recent technical advancements and ensure this knowledge is appropriately shared and implemented within the department.
- Proactively identify potential issues and deliver well-reasoned solutions.
- Conduct data analysis exercises using Excel Pivot Tables, database queries, and other data driven analysis tools. Produce presentations with supervision at various levels of abstraction dependent on intended audience using Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Visio, or equivalent tools
