Role: Influencer & Campaign Operations Associate

Full-Time | Fully Remote (Work From Home)

Responsibilities

Scouting and evaluating influencers across different categories, and assisting in influencer onboarding.

Managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, including coordination, timelines, deliverables, and content quality.

Driving leads and handling client requirements through clear communication and service demonstrations.





Maintaining and updating influencer databases, optimizing process flows, and preparing reports and documentation for efficient campaign execution.

Coordinating collaboration logistics with influencers, brand managers, and internal stakeholders.

Supporting client interactions and ensuring smooth execution from outreach to final delivery. Experience

0 to 2 years of work experience.

Brownie points for prior experience in influencer marketing, campaign operations, creator management, brand partnerships, or related roles.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the creator economy are encouraged to apply.
